You need somewhere to keep your sites. That's $5-$10 per month but other than you could do this for free.

 

If you want to use the tools I use and recommend in the training, expect to pay anywhere between $15-$100 per month. These tools will make the work easier and more efficient but you by no means are required to use what I use.
